Sign up & book a pickup
Create your free account and choose a pickup time. When booking, you'll see an estimated total — this is just an estimate. Once we pick up and weigh your laundry, we'll send you the exact total, then you can approve it and pay before we start.
One regular-sized hamper is about 10–15 lbs. Your best guess is fine.
Set your laundry out
When it's pickup time, leave your bag on the porch or at your door. If that doesn't work for you, just let us know in the notes section of your order form.
We weigh & send the exact total
Your laundry is picked up and weighed. We'll send you the exact total for payment. Once payment is made, we begin washing, drying, and folding your items.
We deliver fresh & clean
After everything is washed, dried, and folded, we'll get it ready and drop it off within your chosen delivery window.
Important
All laundry must be clean of all bodily fluids and excrement of any kind, or you will be charged a $40 unsanitary/unsafety fee and the items will be returned to you in their same condition. This means no blood, vomit, feces (human or animal), or any other bodily fluids that could harm our laundry pros.
Service area
Currently available for Story, Boone, Hamilton, and Hardin Counties. If you believe you are close enough to the county line, give us a call and we can override it.
